Are you usually sat or layed down when gaming?... just wondering how your Wiimote hand is steadied.... generally I will have my wrist resting on my lap, it's pinpoint superfast accuracy.
If I rest only my elbow then quick frantic bits I will make more mistakes, but still accurate.
And in tandem to the above poster... it took me a little time learning to use an analogue stick with my left hand, so I am sure with a little time you can get used to either pointing, or using a stick with your right. (I'd go with pointing if I were you, as it will set you up better for future games)

Oh, and I have not played Madworld... but I think NMH seems to be the better game, it will certainly give you more playtime as I believe Madworld is short.
