Fully working wii with balance board is not worth as much as I wanted for those speakers so it is a quite bad deal. But if you know what kind of nagging you can get from your GF about 2 big speakers taking a lot of room you might understand that I just had to get rid of them as soon as possible. That was the best offer from people near me (guess do I want to ship those speakers) so I settled for it. I guess it is pretty normal to sell your unwanted items, right? Also we don't use ebay or amazon here, there is really only one web auction site and it did not have enough of those items for sale to get a good clue about the prices. |
I am not saying the speakers were not worth more. I have shit that would be worth way way more than what you describe if traded in, and would be a bad deal if I did it. However, putting the line about getting a bad deal while referencing the Wii will only serve to piss people off. Its a nice way to call the machine bad without anyone being able to point out you called it a bad system. It would be a great bit of stealth trolling had you done the thread in a better way.
A quick search on amazon.co.uk (where your profile says you are from) shows a nice selection of games used on the Wii and an accompanying price. I find it extremely hard to believe you expected to get better information out of a bunch of Wii fans on a website with a plurality of people living inside the US, and only a notable minority living in the UK itself.
