They will go over sales numbers. and we will all think back to how awesome sony made this part of their conference in 2008 using LBP
XNA feature additions. Maybe motion controller API additions. Dunno
Avatar customization kit reveal. I don't really care

The only other ones I can think of are a Splinter Cell unveiling, and stagetime for the multiplatform Bioshock 2, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (apparantly it has got the CoD back!) and Lost Planet 2
