Wait, you actually think that only 230k of its sales were actually sold in stores?

The bundle was released in the week ending november 8th. Before that, the game was at 265k, and it sold 271 units that week. So almost 400k of the game's sales were bundled (not 450k like I said earlier).

But it also had a cheaper version re-release under the name Gran Turismo 5: Prologue Spec III. It added a lot to the game.

That boosted sales more than anything else.
