There are many reasons for why this game is not multiplat.One reason could be Game Freaks took the cheap way out and just reused Smash bros. Engine which is owned by Nintendo.This to me is the most likely scenario sincethis TMNT game seems too identical and somewhat quick development time they seem to have.Based on the wikipedia article the game will been have been in development less than two years before it comes out in the fall.
