MKWii and SSBB are pretty much the best multiplayer games on Wii in my opinion.
Excitebots has local multiplayer but it's only 2 players.
Assuming when you said you had Super Mario Strikers, you mean the GC game, Strikers Charged might just be up your alley.
Other than that... Boom Blox perhaps?
Pixel Art can be fun.
