Although I see more of a Nintendo and Apple Pairing (Nintepple shipping anyone?!). I mean uhh, business conglomeration. A Sony and Apple console could be very devastating. I've always believed the hardest market for Sony to appeal to as it stands right now is the Casual Group. The group that Nintendo has been able to firmly grasp within' the palm of it's hand.
If Sony and Apple made a joint effort on a Console, With Apple focusing heavily on the Casual Side of the Console. While Sony focused more heavily on the Hardcore side of the console. You could have a very devastating weapon that potentially could defeat Microsoft or Nintendo with ease.
Although from past history, I cannot imagine Sony and Apple getting along very well at all.
