Castle of Shikigami III. So I am going to pick it up.
At least this topic went better than my topic over on gamefaqs where thee only responses were that my topic was a joke topic.
And yes I can import, but I guess you had not noticed that I already own Tatsunoko vs Capcom. As far as Bleach goes, I will wait for it to be released domestically so that I can understand what is going on.
