That was Level 5. Sony just published it.
Wild ARMS was by one of their own developers, though, and those games are good. Too bad the Legend of Dragoon team isn't there anymore (they worked on Lost Odessy).
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
