TMNT: Smash Up! - new trailer, first footage

Doesn't one of the smash franchise team works on this game aswell? (so far why it looks like Smash). Pity if it only would be Turtles, would be more awesome if they put more 80's/90's cartoons in it just for the nostalgie.
