My opinion on #2 Sega should have waited and release the Saturn after the PS1 a couple of month of more tweaks and development and the Saturn would have been easier to program for and slightly more powerful then the PS1 it would have sold a lot better if Sega did that. Also launching it at $399US was a big mistake even a bigger mistake then the PS3 launching at $599US, even though both consoles launched at twice the price of the previous console.
