There isn't really a physical attribute that would be a huge turnoff besides the obvious ones (overweight, ugly, crooked teeth, horrible haircut, etc).
For me the turnoff would be in the personality, if she's really dumb its a turnoff. Like those women who you purposely act stupider around so they don't think your a nerd for knowing common things. I actually talked to a girl who thought that Joseph Stalin was a former American president. Yeah no fucking joke.
