I think you'll find that the best selling game this gen already has or will be released this year or next year. I'm only saying that because games released late in a consoles life will have limited time to sell mass numbers before the next next-gen is released.
Also, the best sellers are usually well-known franchises. I can't see a completely new franchise best selling this gen.
