I'd love a new zone of the enders and a metal gear (or MGS - I'm not really bothered which one) MGS4 was one of the best games I've ever played and along with KillZone 2 is probably one of the games that has the least errors and bugs I've ever seen
I'd love to see a new Metal Gear announced at E3 - I'd suspect Kojima would keep to working on the PS3 mainly because they've already created an amazing game on the hardware and also because the PS3 has so much more storage capacity due to blu-ray although I wouldn't really be bothered if it was multiplat as long as the quality of the PS3 version is not compromised
