Funny you should mention that, it's been rumored that Ericsson is trying to get the fuck out of that venture, and guess who's trying to buy their half? That's right, Sony.....

Just google Sony Ericsson buy out rumor or something along those lines, those rumors were fairly recent too (< 2 months).

 

To be fair, Sony was also rumored to be buying out the rest of MGM late last year and to be buying out the rest of ATV share early last year.
