I am not the arbiter of how anyone else should compile their list, but including games that were packaged with the system is a recipe for a full blown disaster. They are what amounts to mandatory purchases, and often enough buyers do not want them. They often never play them, or sell them given there is a market.
I will say this though it would probably be best to compile a list soon. With all the rumors that major titles are going to be packaged in with systems it would only serve to make things only more convoluted.
