Why do people say GT is leagues ahead of Forza?

GT5 It not out too either but prologue already is 1080p 60fps.

GT5p also came out a year after forza 2.  A lot changes in that amount of time as far as game development capabilities.  If you are talking about Forza 3, a game that isn't out yet, can you really compare a feature of it's outdated predecessor as proof the next one won't?  That is fairly illogical, especially since most 360 games that come out now run at 60fps.

 

because i can't suppose forza 3 will run a 1080p 60fps either. as now only GT5 prologue does.

and forza 3 its not even announced i made  my comparison against forza 2 because it's the one released.

and have nothing on GT 5
