Carnival Games took time and lots of money? Rayman took time and lots of money? Mario and Sonic took time and lots of money?

If by time and money you mean a year, maybe less, and a couple million, then yes these games took "time and money". But they are no Zelda, they are no Halo, and they definitely are no MGS4.

It's not a matter of people having different tastes than me. I know this, and it's precisely why I don't have a Wii. I just see the trend in games that the Wii is receiving and made a decent conclusion, which I think the OP failed to make, and now he's upset. People have different tastes, yes. And those "different tastes" are grounded in the Wii. And those tastes are cheap, multiplayer, party-style, casual games. Not "Halo" or "Madden" casual, but "Mario Party" casual

I've read this post a couple of times now, and I still cannot see your point. Could you please enlighten me as to what it is you want to say?
