Actually the Wiis one saving grace as far as piracy goes is its like of a hard drive. Most people just won't be bothered putting the effort in without a harddrive to store all the pirated games on in my opinion. |
this is complete BS.
the ps1 never had a hard drive and the ps2 didn't gain the ability to copy some games to the hard drive until midway through it's life. let me be perfectly clear: if the wii attains the same status that the ps2 did last gen, make no mistake about it - piracy will be prevalent, and will likely equal that of the ps2. remember, though the wii has no hard drive, what it does have is games on dvd discs, and if you haven't noticed, blank dvd discs are dirt cheap.
