 This is probably stupid, but how do you make this? I wondered for a good while now where the "order by sales" option was gone...

If you follow nordleads link you see the grey bar. All the different categories there are clickable and after you clicked one of them (publisher, sales, last updated etc.) you have the order you always wished to have.
