But the point remains that people here arent as reasonable as you are and do perpetuate this myth, hell they probably genuinely believe it in their closed and tiny minds.... they certainly refuse to accept or believe anything to the contrary.

Others try to hide behind a cloak of balance and fairness, when they actually have an agenda... plenty of examples of those people in this thread.

 

Well, I certainly agree on that.  It's the perputation of past image that is always the issue - or challenge to overcome if you look at it that way.  I just wanted to note that while it would be great if everyone could see something is no longer valid it always takes a while for the change of perception to perculate through.

For myself I can for sure say I have no set agenda one way or another.  For the most part I post where topics seem interesting or where I feel I can add another point of view.

Clearly there are posters around, pretty much on any gaming forum these days, with set agendas they will always try and promote - no arguments from me there.
