Why does PS3 games have DLC if its on a Blue ray?

1. Theres no such fucking thing as blue ray. It's spelt Blu Ray. Its not that hard to remember. Seriously is it that hard? In fact it takes more effort to spell it blue ray then it does to type Blu Ray.

2. Because they make the DLC after the game, not at the same time. Well not usually.
