As someone suggested, I tried using the VGChartz categorization.
If you take the top 25 sellers on each platform including multiplatform titles, then calculate the percentage of sales of each category versus total sales of top 25 you get:
PS3 360 FPS 23.92% 36.58%Shooter 0.00% 11.68%
Action 23.68% 7.64%
Racer 15.83% 4.33%
Adventure 9.57% 8.46% Platformer 6.18% 3.12%
Sports 15.28% 5.11%
RPG 2.35% 13.29%
Other 3.17% 9.78%
