Apparently in the Title Defense mode the fighters have learned from their past mistakes, so they try to play to their strengths and really work on their weaknesses. For example... spoiler... King Hippo will wear a manhole strapped to his gut!
This game is the Brawl of Punch-Out!!. It's just full of additional content and fanservice.
