A console with the capabilities described in the OP would be interesting.
But as an after release add-on, those capabilities will not be seriously incorporated into many games.
There are only a handful of balance board games and that peripheral has almost outsold the PS3.
So motion sensing will not bring the Xbox 360 to 100M, let alone 200M.
