I expect Halo 3 to break 10 millions mid July. It is at 9.61 million today and is selling 32k a week. Plus there will be bundles kicking in in a week or two. (Games of the year bundle - Halo 3 + Fable2) With Halo ODST people won't lose interest in 2009 at all.
10 millions in america is a stretch, though. It might have a shot, but that would be just incredible.
