So, Uncharted and CoD4 have both been out for about a year and a half. Assuming it stays roughly halfway between them: Killzone 2 should be at (roughly) 3.3 million in the same timeframe, perhaps a little less. After two years are up, it could be at 3.5 million, and has a shot at 4 million. Perhaps a few hundred thousand short of those, but I still say in the three years of KZ2's relevant sales remaining, its hitting 3 million is pretty much a certainty. |
I think the PS3 is having trouble at college, it can't keep up with the Xbox 360 and Wiis test scores. Even though it technically has the smarter brains and thats why he lashes out.
The difference I was interested in was how Uncharted didn't fall to 27k per week sales until the 19th week, Killzone 2 made it to that level in about 9 weeks. Killzone 2 has had a better start, but so far the legs ARE weaker, He aint no Forest Gump here. We will see in the next couple of weeks how it goes, but this is more fingers crossed rather than calm assurance when you're talking 3M sales.
