Will VGChartz 2.0 have refunds?

I have lost 200 VG$ because I was unjustly banned (and therefore unbanned the next day) but I'm still down $200.

 

So is this a feature that could be implemented into 2.0? I get the feeling VG$ will be much more usefull later on so all the more precious?!!
