Why not? Because that would like be AO rated? In that case, why are you implying that Sony and Microsoft would allow that type of game? And if you mean by the sex, regardless of the rating, you really should stop pretending Nintendo still has the same content control they had fifteen years ago.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
