Well, these are the countries that Smoker listed as probable so....

Pure speculation .... if you listen to the briefing they make no mention of which countries are included. He's just listed the countries where Nintendo directly operate, but I'm actually not even sure if GfK supply weekly hardware numbers for Germany and Italy, so it's quite possible that it doesn't even include all of those countries.
