Okay, i got an ATi X1300, 1 GB RAM, 120GB HDD WD, and the fucking Celeron 2.80GHz.

you should be able to run it on low.. but a better processor would help, the processor to video card balance isnt good.

 BTW - UT3 is DX9c.
