This isnt a bias against the Wii, just logic. 80% of the money goes towards a controller, thats why I call it controller sales. That isnt stupid. In fact saying the opposite is like saying when I buy a Wii I am actually buying Wii Sports and the Wii is just a pack in. Dont call it a console sale! call it a game sale!

Who cares how much each component costs when determining what was purchased?! lets change everything around!! I didnt buy a car, I bought leather seats - the car was just a pack in! I didnt buy the never ending pasta bowl at Olive Garden, I bought a dinner mint and the meal was just a pack in ! I didnt buy a Windows - I bought Minesweeper, the rest was just a pack in!! I didnt buy a cell phone - I bought address book software! the phone was just a pack in!!

You just killed your own arguement with this.  If Wii Play was included in all Wiimotes, or if Wii Play was the same price as a wiimote then I'd agree with you. But people choose to pay an extra $10. Why? For the Game. Yes, they are choosing to get an extra controller too, but the fact that they choose to purchase a $10 game with the controller is irrefutable.  Therefore it has to count.  Especially, if by your own logic $5-$10 downloadable games should count.  Now if we're talking revenue generated, then it should count for $10 sales not $50.
