I must say SCHMUP, it sounds like you just don't like getting owned. If there guys are all level 20, its because throughout the game they played better. Simple as that. They have more skill. If you play intelligently, your guys will level up more than if your a first time player running through the game. You can also save all the powerful weapons without using them...
