It's getting ported/localized by Idea Factory, Overworks originally made it.

I wonder if this does well then they'll make a new Sakura Wars for Wii. It'd be pretty easy money (Japan sure wants it...and in Japan they sell pretty well anyway) and that'd come out here by NIS (or Atlus) too...

PS3 would get VC, and Wii would Sakura Wars. Not so bad. I'd like an action RPG from them though :P

No it isn't. NISA is doing the porting and localizing. Idea Factory is a Japanese developer. They don't have an American team to do anything with US releases. That's why NIS does all of them.
