sorry if this has already been said.
Imagine the Wii didn't come with a game, consumers (unless they're incredibly stupid) will buy a game, instantly upping the software/hardware ratio to 1:1, now imagine that the wii was actually selling badly and retailers were making bundles of 2-3 games included in the package for LESS than the original RRP.
I'm sure the tables would be turned.
Wii Sports is selling hardware, but at the same time its instantly removing a software sale that would HAVE to be made.
If you are going to subtract wiisports from the equation, to keep it fair you would need to also remove all those PS3 packages that came with 2 - 3 FREE games (2 of which are the best games on the machine).
