It is because we are tired of him and his stealth trolling misinformation tactics.  Spend a few minutes in his threads that are always negative about the 360 and you'll see why we have come to dislike him.

 

So he's negative about a console? That's reason to get banned? If that were the case then a large number of people on this forum should be banned. And everytime I see his posts he tends to use a good range of sources to actually help back up his "misinformation" which is more than most people. Just come up with your own sources and debate. That's essentially what forums are for. He's allowed to do that and as long as he doesn't get personal and attack people then I don't see what the problem is. If he winds you up then stop posting. Going on this personal crusade to get someone banned just sounds a bit... over the top.

Trolling does not require foul language or getting personal to be trolling.  These are posts that summarize MikeB rather eloquently from folks here a long time.

And if you want to talk about insults/attacks, there was the night a few days back that he got drunk and did start throwing out direct insults on this board.  But thats just the cherry on top of him being a troll.
