Well, this, in all honesty, was to be expected. Sony is doing lots now for their console, and are receiving crap for it. Before it was, "Sony isn't even trying to help their console", now the minute they get a timed exclusive deal, in one freakin region mind you, all they did was "moneyhat". The hypocrisy is just as insane.....

Except it's arguable this is going to help Sony that much it's certainly going to piss off people who were looking to buy one of the other versions of the game, which Sony was still going to get money for. My options now are as Hitler says "to wait until God fucking knows when" or pay 700 dollars to play the game in June, which isn't really much of an option.

Did you think it's possible that i might be in a PAL territory? ;) People say "only in PAL" like they are talking about 11 people, two dwarves and an inguana living on the fringes of civilisation. We account for something close to 40% of the videogame market these days. I don't expect non-PAL gamers to be upset on my behalf but at least realise why I/we might not be too happy about this.
The RRP of the PS3 in Australia is $699 (i think), which is about $550 USD, add another ~$100 (75USD) for the game.
