You can see the jump for the HD consoles from the GTAIV launch... the week before they were 75-90k
Also looks like Wii supply issues being resolved up to that week too, as it was also at a peak.

If you try make a general line thorugh last years numbers... Wii was doing about 150-160k normally, so it is generlly down 40-50k (about 30%)
PS3 looks to be around 70-75k through the year, so it's down 20-30k
360 did around 65-70k early in the year, but flatlined around 60k for the later part... so it is either flat, or down about 5-10k.
