I was just saying that I feel that the combination between Harmonix/Red Octane was like an underground indie band that made it big.But then evil record company(publisher) Activision took over and changed the sound of the band(released a lot of unnecessary games.)In order to make more money quickly. In addition I did not know that EA was making "Lego" and "Beatles" Rockband. In that case I don´t agree with their behaviour either so yeah I won´t support any future Rockband games. The funny and ironic thing is that I stopped buying this music games after guitar hero III,so basically I am already not supporting neither company.
PS:I do like music a lot in fact I might be a musician when I grow up.I play real guitar in real life.It is just that this used to be one of my favorite franchises and I am sad to see the direction it is going. |
The Lego Rockband thing I can understand - its kinda weird but might be fun.
But the Beatles: Rockband I will be picking up, the Beatles have a ton of awesome songs.
Currently dreaming of: DKC4 or Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (classic 2D platformers) for WiiWare, Smash Bros. for DSi, New Super Mario World for DSi, a Wii remake or true sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics.
One down, hopefully more awesomeness to come.
