this is where you hire a good director to do the job. this is how many conglomerates and mnc do business. you dont spread youself thin, you delegate.
apple can aquire ea, leave the company as it is with the addition of an apple department added for apple games development.
nothing is complex until you make it so. a good company structure with good delegation is all it takes. thats the difference between good and great companies.
