Lionhead
Rare
Turn 10
The new studio that will be making Halo games. Which has several people who worked at Bungie on the original Halo games.

Don't forget all the third party companies that work pretty much exclusively on the Xbox 360 and PC:
Bungie (From what we have heard they will be going to Microsoft to publish their games)
Epic
Mistwalker
Ninjabee (Arcade games)
