It would depend on how good they precision was. If it was anywhere close to as bad as the Wii, I would neve buy it. I have a hard enough time with the joysitck's limited precision and the wiimote just sucks completely. Case in point: I do not own SSBB and I had never played any of the smash bros series in my life. My friend had it and had played it and Melee for hours and hours. And I still beat him 90% of the time when I used the GC controller and he used the Wiimote.
Wiimote the future? I laugh at your stupidity. However, motion controls do have a huge potential and I would have no problem using them if they don't suck like the Wii's controls. I would rather use traditional controls though.
Also, @ scottie. If all gaming systems next gen have wii-style crappy motion controls, I will game on my PC and my PS3/PS2.
