I'm not sure if this site has been mentioned, but japanvideogames.com is where I ordered the game. I got very lucky too because I ordered at the same time a shipment came in, and my copy shipped the next day. So, I'm basically getting no more than a week after I ordered it.
They're based out of California too, so shipping may be somewhat faster.
I can't wait to play this game as I have seen numerous posts about how great it is. Luckily finals will be over by the time I receive this baby.
