If it's a shoulder button, they can just pop it out, clean it, put in a new one. My shoulder buttons on my DS Lite both stop working all the time, and I have to pull them halfway out, blow into them, and shove them back into place. But I treat it like shit, so I deserve it. I've been lugging it around the world and dropping it everywhere for years. |
Broken screen is pretty easy to replace yourself. It is quite cheap too.
