PS3 at 40k yen proved, that it is a competitive rival to 25k yen costing Wii in Japan. =)

PS3 was slowed down in Japan, because M$ was buying any possible japanese game, they could get. But this thing is over, and since 2009 there will be more and more japanese oriented games on PS3.
For now, Wii will have:
MH3, Wii Sport resort+Wii motion VS FFXIII, GT5, Pricecut.
Just Wii is getting those games sooner, than PS3, BUT PS3 titles are Bigger.
Overall, the situation for PS3 will be like with PSP in Japan, but only BETTER.
