I would never play an Xbox 360 game on PC. Xbox 360 makes the games up, close and personal even at a lower level than PC, where as PC you tend to feel let down. Also, you feel more in control with a controller than a mouse and keypad. When Xbox 360/PC games come out, opt for the 360 version and you'll rarely be disappointed as the PC lacks one of a kind feel of the console version. Usually PC versions come out superior, but sadly not when it's an Xbox 360 game. Halo sucks on PC, for example.
