Well without any gear on either person it would actually be a good fight, regardless...I think that Big Boss would show up and kick both their asses with one hand.
If your going the gadget/ batman defeated superman/hulk route, Snake has metal gear and I cant think of a non-crazy realistic way batman would win that. And my god have mercy on your soul if you say Batman has an anti-metal gear device( or Anti-Gear). Batmoblie would die against metal gear.
Now to counter hulk/superman vs Metal Gear, last I checked Superman can be caught off gaurd, so 1 nuke from couple hundred miles away (added with kryptonite) or hey use kryptonite based paint on metal gear and stomp on him. Ok im not sure about this but can the Hulk take on a nuke and survive?(honestly I think the hulk is stupid and dont follow antything with him), im gonna assume no, unless he has some kind of indestructible cellular DNA or rapid cell regen(but it would have to be faster than a nuclear explosion.)If hulk can survive nukes, then hulk vs metal gear would be awesome.
