Probably top 5.

Batman beats snake in any fight, with any loadout of weapons.

Anyone who says snake is likely a fanboy or there knowledge of batman is based off of a cartoon or movie.

You may as well ask who would win in a fight between Classic Mohammad Ali and Oscar De La Hoya.

Actually when it comes down to basic hand to hand combat and skill Batman is probably the best combatant in the DC universe. I mean hell this guy is the only "thing" in the DC Universe to ever dodge Darkseid's Omega Beams and live to tell about it.

Karate Kid?  I mean.  Karate Kid has no superpowers... and his karate skills are so ridiculious he can judo throw superman like beings into another galaxy.

Also the one batgirl was actually a beter martial artist.  The newer one.

I'd put my money on a depowered Wonder Woman too.

Deathstroke is 2nd, it took Batman, Nightwing and Robin to take him down in hand to hand combat.

Lady Shiva, Bronze Tiger and Karate Kid are up there.
