Not it just means the port planned for the HD systems isn't happening for the Wii. It doesn't mean they aren't at least looking into other forms.

 

Well if their main reason of not making it is that they'd have to alter a lot of the game, rathen than port i'd consider it laziness.

 

 

That is not laziness. That means it wouldn't be the same game. If you alter the game enough, it's no longer a port. If they put an MvC game on the Wii, it would have to be made sure it can work on the system.

It could happen, just not as the game they are doing for the HD systems.
