I'd have to go with Batman. Those who claims batman needs his gadgets don't know batman. He uses gagdets so he's prepared for any of a number of circumstances. Bear in mind, this means he's accustomed to doing his fighting with likely 100+ lbs of equipment on. Which means he moves like a trained fighter when most of us would be moving like we're underwater. it would be a tough, intense fight, but Batman would come out on top.
